Job Requirements
Job Summary:
- Follow up on internal labor issues and work to provide the necessary data for all investigations
- Coordination and drafting of gravity transcripts for prospective investigation.
- Developing and improving labor case procedures and contributing to the development and improvement of human resources procedures in a proactive way to limit the presence of cases to the maximum extent possible
Job Requirement:
- Saudi Nationality
- 2 Years is the minimum of experience in internal investigations
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration
- Punctuality and Discipline
- Proven experience in labor relations, preferably in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of individuals and maintain positive relations.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with confidentiality and discretion.
Skills
- Proficient in researching, interpreting, and applying labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of collective bargaining agreements and labor union practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify labor-related issues and provide effective solutions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with labor unions, employees, and management
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage effective labor relations strategies and initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data, trends, and metrics related to labor relations
- Proficient in using labor relations software and tools to track and manage labor-related activities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
Education
Holds a bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration
