The Brand & Campaign Expert defines and monitors the communication and brand strategy for Telenet Group with the aim of achieving the business objectives. This translates into designing and/or coordinating campaigns and other communication expressions using the right messages and the appropriate channel. The brand reputation and the end user are always taken into account.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Contribute to the success, image and reputation of all brands and products within Telenet Group, by defining and rolling out the internal and external communication and brand strategy. This includes providing advice to all kinds of stakeholders and departments and always watching over the different brand identities and reputation.
  • Co-creation for the "Customer value proposition" and defining the "communication year roadmap" in such a way that careful thought is given to how things go to market and that synergy/customer journey is guaranteed. Creation of a (brand positioning) plan for the segment and/or segment specific.
  • Achieve business objectives by taking propositions to market in the most (budget) efficient and effective way through the optimal communication and resource strategy up to the end-to-end delivery of all associated operational tasks.
  • Coordinate communication activities both internally and externally with agencies, among others. Draft, elaborate, analyze and coordinate campaigns and monitor the helicopter view across campaigns and keeping a close eye on budget, timing, quality and proper reporting.
  • Evaluate the performance of brand/brand reinforcement initiatives through tooling, testing and/or brand tracking, provide necessary reporting and be able to interpret these to capture or pass on learnings, with a view to increasing the performance of subsequent campaigns and adjust at a strategic level.
  • Optimize and further develop existing and new relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external and monitor stakeholders properly.

Our ideal Brand & Campaign Expert

  • Master's degree, and 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Has experience within a telecom environment including crossbrands/products context
  • Has knowledge of all (digital) media channels and is generally familiar with the (rapidly changing) media landscape
  • Has experience with integrated marketing and communication campaigns
  • Has experience driving (communication) projects where budget and timing management is an important component
  • Has analytical skills that are used for campaign reporting as well as the interpretation of sales figures
  • Acts as a bridge builder with regard to communication initiatives
  • Acts as a sparring partner for business and as a voice of the customer
