Key Responsibilities:- Engage with visionary inventors, entrepreneurs, and creative minds to understand their unique IP needs and aspirations.
- Key point of contact between KASS and its potential clients: contacting potential leads, building rapport, evaluating needs, answering queries, offering solutions, introducing services and discussing pricing/promotions;
- Understanding and promoting in-house services face-to-face and through other modes of communication (e.g., email, WhatsApp, phone call);
- Responsible for initial touch-point after face-to-face meeting, follow-up emails/phone calls (script and templates to be provided);
- Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Consistently push to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets;
- Maintaining accurate records of sales leads and positioning on the sales funnel;
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the IP landscape, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our services.
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
- Organising sales visits and conducting sales presentations. Meet and present services to business owners, associations, organizations, chambers of commerce, etc.;
- Execute sales strategy suitable for the industry/field of services;
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports, using a suitable dashboard;
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, networking events and meetings when required (locally and internationally);
- Coordinating the onboarding of the new client to the production team (ie the Patent/Trademark teams);
- To work with Sales Manager to ensure systems and templates are created to increase the productivity and efficacy of the Sales Department;
; Requirements: - Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
- Must be fluent in English, and Mandarin Speaker (to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, a basic understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
- Persistent and committed to excellent customer service;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers;
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment;
- Fast learner;
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
