Days Required: Monday to Sunday (flexible hours)
Hourly rate: Between $23.00- $25.00 per hour
We are currently looking for hard-working, customer-oriented Restaurant Staff to ensure the smooth running of our operations. Reliability and right attitude are key to succeeding in this role. You should be hard working, energetic and willing to go the extra mile to achieve results for our customers.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists
- Assist customers to place their order and making sure they get their food and beverages in a timely manner
- Be able to explain dishes to guests and clarify any concerns about allergies or styles of food preparation.
- Inform customers about specials on offer.
- Take down beverage and meal orders.
- Submit orders to the kitchen and serve prepared meals and beverages to customers.
- Prepare the bill and process payments.
- Setting, arranging & clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
- Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses
- Ensure any issues concerning customer care are reported to the Manager
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by performing end-of-day cleaning duties including bussing dishes, sweeping floors and completing other closing tasks.

- A positive attitude with ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Available to work on weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to start early and finish late shifts when required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be a physically fit, hardworking, and reliable person with great attention to detail
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and always putting the customer first
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Committed and reliable
- Be able to Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Time management skills and ability to work unsupervised
- Enjoy coming to work and willing to be part of a team.
- No Criminal Record and able to clear the drug test
