Summary:
In this role, you will support the execution of the project plan in conjunction with logistics services and solutions initiatives within hospital’s supply chain departments. You will gather and compile internal and external data from qualitative and quantitative sources (e.g., systems, observations, and interviews) and begin to interpret information to identify opportunities. You will conduct detailed analyses to generate strategic insight and identify opportunities for members. You will support the ongoing strategy development, implementation of new supply chain processes from conception, planning, design, and implementation.
This position is a remote role however the candidate must be able to travel Monday through Thursday to hospital site locations throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation support of savings focusing on performance targets and/or operational improvements.
- Support the consulting Subject Matter Experts in the areas of service line management, including supply chain operations, inventory management, PAR replenishment, operating room inventory flow, and process maps.
- Design and assemble stocking locations for hospital clean supply storage rooms based on product type and input from the hospital stakeholders to include clinicians and supply chain management.
- Collect data from various member source systems (e.g., patient financial, material management, decision support) to use in analysis.
- Conduct analyses on supply spend, operational and/or performance improvement related data. Support work to develop request for proposals (“RFPs”) and analysis of vendor responses.
- Create presentations using data and other relevant inputs (e.g., interviews) to drive an action for customer performance improvement.
- Provide support to consultants and senior consultants on member engagements including research, development of presentations meeting preparation, status report preparation, issue identification and tracking/updating project budgets.
- Support collaboration and integration across all Advisory Solutions services.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- Supply Chain Management intern experience is helpful.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.
- Must be capable of simultaneously managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel each week when required for work onsite at hospital locations.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$51,900.00 - $75,150.00
